BUDGET AND FINANCE COMMITTEE

The Budget and Finance Committee typically meet to discuss, review and plan the budget for CPHA.

BY-LAWS COMMITTEE

This committee was designed to review Restated By-Laws and make recommendations for proposed revisions, changes and amendments.

CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS COMMITTEE

The purpose of this committee is to make recommendations to the Board of Directors as to capital improvements for Calabasas Park . It is anticipated that this committee will discuss the progress of capital improvements.

COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE (The Courier / Website)

The Communications Committee will meet to compile and organize articles for the newsletter, ready to be sent to the printer. Additionally, the committee members will be responsible for contributing to and maintaining the community's website.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL/CC&R's COMMITTEE

This committee reviews all architectural submittals for new construction and/or modifications to existing structures.

The committee members are responsible to oversee and insure that owners in Calabasas Park are in compliance with the CC&R's, as well as to monitor violations.

GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE (including Las Virgenes Federation)

The Government Affairs Committee will be comprised of members who attend/represent CPHA at City related meetings. Additionally, two Board members alternate at the monthly meetings for Las Virgenes Homeowners Federation (of which CPHA is a member).

LAKE/FACILITIES USE COMMITTEE

All aspects of the lake are to be monitored with regard to improvements, maintenance, fishing and boating.

The committee will evaluate and determine the validity of owners within Calabasas Park requesting to use Calabasas Lake and other designated areas within the Park for personal uses.

LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE

The Landscape Committee responsible to deal with common area greenbelt issues throughout the Park, and work directly with Landscape Maintenance District 22.

SECURITY COMMITTEE

This committee is responsible to be aware of and deal with security matters throughout Calabasas Park , and the chair is the contact person with the security service provider.

SOCIAL/COMMUNITY RELATIONS COMMITTEE

The Social/Community Relations/Social Committee meets to plan and organize the July 4th event and any other community events in which CPHA is involved for its members.
